Who we are
OnlyBills (onlybills.me) is a satirical website. Contact for anything privacy-related: [email protected].
What we collect
- Waitlist. If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the option you picked (pay someone’s bill, need a bill paid, or memes), which button you clicked, your country as reported by our hosting provider, and the signup time. We use it only to email you about OnlyBills launching. We don’t store your IP address.
- Bot protection. The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to filter spam. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser signals for this check.
- Analytics. Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 to count page views and clicks (for example, which bills get the most “unlock” clicks). Advertising features are off.
- Local storage. Your browser remembers your age-gate answer, your cookie choice and whether you joined the waitlist, so we don’t ask again. This never leaves your device.
Cookies
No analytics cookies are set until you consent. If you accept, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) that last up to 2 years. You can change your mind any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer of the homepage.
Where it lives
The site and the waitlist database are hosted on Cloudflare. Analytics data, if you consent, is processed by Google. Both may process data outside your country under their standard data protection terms.
How long we keep it
Waitlist emails are kept until OnlyBills launches or shuts down, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop emailing you, by writing to [email protected]. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
